Senior C&I Project Engineering

The role of the C&I Engineer is to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects with specified deliverables. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of control and instrumentation systems for mining and processing operations. This role involves overseeing the installation, maintenance, and optimization of control systems to ensure efficient and safe plant operations. The engineer will work closely with other engineering disciplines, project managers, and plant operations teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Manage large‑scale C&I projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications.

Required Qualifications

• Relevant degree / diploma in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in control and instrumentation engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
• Extensive experience in mining and processing plant environments.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large‑scale C&I projects.
• Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in control system design and programming (e.g., PLC, DCS, SCADA systems).
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation selection, installation, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA, IEC, and IEEE.
