Job descriptionBachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in electronic engineering with a focus on system‑level design and development. Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering successful projects. Strong leadership and team management skills. Expertise in electronic system design, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and embedded solutions. Proficiency in testing, debugging, and compliance verification (e.g., EMC, environmental, safety). Assist in designing and developing electronic circuits, systems and prototypes. Support schematic capture, PCB layout and component selection. Conduct testing, debugging, validation and compliance testing under supervision. Participate in prototype assembly, troubleshooting and iterative improvements. Document designs, test results and technical procedures for traceability. Maintain and organise lab equipment, tools and work areas. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (software, mechanical, production). Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in design processes. Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or related field. 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or academic projects in electronics will be considered). Exposure to lab testing and measurement equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters) is advantageous. Lead the design and development of advanced electronic systems and embedded applications. Define and address board and system requirements, including interfaces, noise mitigation and power distribution. Implement and integrate hardware, firmware and software components. Conduct testing, verification and safety analysis, applying corrective actions as needed. Provide technical expertise and support to production and client teams. Perform component and product qualification for extreme environments. Ensure manufacturing and safety standards are met throughout development and production. Drive continuous improvement in design processes, tools and methodologies. Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or related technical field. 3–5 years of experience in firmware, hardware or software design. Proven ability to solve complex engineering challenges. Strong technical proficiency in electronic and embedded system design. Innovative approach to problem‑solving and process improvement. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing technical projects. Exposure to safety‑critical systems and compliance standards is advantageous. Define, document and maintain test and verification procedures for electronic systems. Design and develop custom test fixtures, jigs and tools to support testing activities. Assist technicians in performing tests and troubleshooting issues to ensure accurate results. Collect, analyse and report test data to verify product compliance with specifications. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to integrate testing and verification into the product lifecycle. Maintain detailed test documentation for traceability and quality assurance. Participate in continuous improvement of testing and verification methods. Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or related field. 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or academic projects in electronics will be considered). Exposure to electronic test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters) is advantageous. Assist in the design, analysis and testing of electrical systems and components. Support in preparing drawings, schematics and technical documentation. Participate in site inspections, commissioning and maintenance activities. Perform calculations, simulations and technical evaluations as required. Contribute to tender and project documentation, ensuring compliance with specifications. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including civil, mechanical and control engineers. Ensure adherence to quality, safety and environmental standards. Participate in training, mentoring and professional development initiatives. Bachelors degree (B.Sc / B.Eng) in Electrical Engineering. 02 years experience (graduate or early‑career level). Exposure to design software (AutoCAD, ETAP, DigSilent, or similar) is advantageous. Basic understanding of power generation, distribution or control systems. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Eagerness to learn and develop within a professional engineering environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality. Design electronic systems, including PCB design and firmware. Develop and test prototypes and production models. Document designs and test procedures. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate solutions. Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Experience in electronic design and PCB development.
