Job descriptionWe are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join a small, dynamic office team. This role offers the opportunity to manage diverse construction projects across residential, commercial, and retail sectors. Manage residential, commercial, and retail construction projects from initiation to completion Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project delivery on time and within budget Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Maintain strict cost control and project documentation Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and safety standards Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues as they arise Degree in Construction Registered with SACPCMP or PMI (PMP) 3+ years’ experience (5+ years preferred for senior level) in construction project management Experience in residential, commercial, and / or retail projects highly advantageous Proficiency in WinQS and DimX Valid driver’s license Administrative / Management jobs
