Job descriptionBCom Accounting with completed SAIPA / SAICA articles (non-negotiable). Minimum 5 years experience as a Financial Manager or Senior Accountant. Solid background in management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Experience with UK accounting practices / IFRS an advantage. Proficiency in Sage 200, Xero, and advanced Microsoft Excel. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members. Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with senior UK stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and payment runs across multiple currencies.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and board packs.
- Drive VAT returns, audits, and compliance with UK reporting standards.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles, providing insights for senior leadership.
