Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Coordinator at BaileyZA Tours & Travs, located in the City of Cape Town.

The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing fleet operations, managing the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient scheduling and dispatch of vehicles, and maintaining accurate records. This role involves day-to-day coordination with drivers and other staff, ensuring timely maintenance and servicing of vehicles, and addressing any operational issues that arise. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for effective coordination and support.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Operations Management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant fleet management software
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
