Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Mid / Senior Sales Executive to drive global expansion. You will combine strong commercial instincts with a data‑driven mindset, closing deals while building scalable systems that make sales more predictable and effective. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of strategy, sales technology, and execution, leveraging CRM tools, automation, and digital outreach to accelerate growth and visibility across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a structured, data‑driven B2B sales pipeline across the maritime and healthcare industries.
- Identify, engage, and convert new prospects through multi‑channel outreach.
- Nurture and grow existing accounts through relationship management, upselling, and cross‑selling.
Sales System & Technology Enablement
Lead the setup and optimization of a CRM‑based sales engine (e.g., "HubSpot", "Salesforce", "Pipedrive").Integrate digital tools (LinkedIn, website analytics, email automation, content marketing) into one cohesive system.Define and monitor clear qualification criteria (MQL / SQL) and maintain transparent reporting standards.Partner closely with marketing to align campaigns, ideal customer profiles, and messaging.Lead sales and business development initiatives in close coordination with the leadership team.Translate business strategy into measurable sales activities and outcomes.Provide input to refine go‑to‑market approaches and value propositions.5–10 years of proven B2B sales success, ideally within complex or service‑based sectors (maritime, logistics, healthcare, insurance, or technology).Strong understanding of sales technology, CRM automation, and digital channels.Hands‑on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive preferred.Analytical mindset, able to use data insights to drive commercial outcomes.Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior decision‑makers.Strategic thinker with operational execution – capable of setting up systems from the ground up.Experience with Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) or sales enablement processes is a plus.Fluent in English (additional European languages are advantageous).Personal Attributes
