Job descriptionMatric (Grade12) qualified in relevant trade (e.g. Diesel Mechanic / Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic) NQF3, three years post apprenticeship / learnership Computer Literate Valid Drivers License Access and familiarity with Caterpillar DSN Job planning and successful execution SIS2.0 Navigation and familiarity 7 years qualified trade Fluent Schematic reading (Electrical & Hydraulic)
Overview
- Fluent navigation of SIS2.0
- Constructively log product matters with OEM
- Caterpillar preventative maintenance orientated
- Self-manageable
- Constant communication between TA mechanic and SEENG.
- Compile informative technical report on all systems (TA report) reports are given to Supervisor to action, normally discussed with CSR to obtain incremental business.
- The report depending on customer availability gets discussed with customer on site by the analyst.
