This is a remote position.

This role is a dynamic, account-focused, and analytically-minded position that drives operational excellence in our growing organization. The position combines support, partnership development with significant opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound emails from leads promptly and professionally.
  • Engage via email with potential clients to understand their needs and align them with our solutions.
  • Use CRM (HighLevel and ClickUp – training provided) to track and manage data effectively.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Review sales call recordings and videos to evaluate performance.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the sales team and management to optimize sales techniques.
  • Assist in training sessions to improve team effectiveness.
  • Assist a business development manager in identifying and establishing partnerships with other recruitment companies, primarily in the European market.
  • Collaborate with partners to expand our reach and enhance service offerings.
  • Coordinate cross-border collaboration initiatives.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships to ensure mutual success and growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy development.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Support training and development programs for sales team members.
