Your Impact As an IB Coordinator at Enko Education, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and managing the IB programmes (PYP, MYP, or DP) in one of our schools.
You will work closely with teachers, school leaders, and the wider community to ensure the delivery of a high-quality, student-centered IB education.
Your responsibilities will include : Lead the planning, development, and implementation of the assigned IB programme (PYP, MYP or DP) Ensure the school’s compliance with IB standards and practices Act as the primary liaison between the school and the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) Support and mentor teachers in IB pedagogy, curriculum planning, and assessment Coordinate professional development and training for staff Guide the school community in understanding the IB philosophy and framework Oversee the administration of IB assessments and examinations Prepare documentation and reports for authorisation and evaluation visits Contribute to the strategic vision and continuous improvement of the school Your Profile Prior experience as an IB Coordinator or strong background in IB teaching and leadership In-depth knowledge of at least one IB programme (PYP, MYP or DP) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills A collaborative mindset and commitment to educational excellence Fluent in English and the main language of the location you would like to be based in Passion for working in diverse, international contexts, ideally in Africa Why Join Us?
