Electrician

The Electrical section invites suitably qualified candidates to join their team.

Main Objectives

The purpose of the job is to ensure the maintenance of all electrical networks and related equipment, including general electrical appliances used in the catering, residence and other divisions.

The Requirements

Qualified Installation Electrician (at least at NQF level 4) plus the following :

• Have a valid HV Regs certificate to do MV switching
• Must be a registered Electrician as per the Occupational Health and Safety Act and registered with the Department of Labour
• A valid driver’s licence to legally drive a light delivery vehicle

In addition to the qualifications, approximately 3 years post‑apprenticeship experience where such experience includes :

Remuneration Per Annum (Grade 10)

Basic Pensionable Salary per annum : R348 338

Cost to Company per annum (Approximately) : R472 840
