What You'll Do :
- Support daily kitchen operations and maintain exceptional culinary standards
- Oversee and assist Chef de Partie sections as needed
- Contribute to menu planning and seasonal dish development
- Train, schedule, and manage kitchen staff
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Monitor food costs and manage inventory to reduce waste
- Collaborate with management and front-of-house team for outstanding guest experiences
What We're Looking For :
Minimum 2 years kitchen management experience OR 5 years as a senior chefFine dining experience essential (French cuisine experience preferred!)Strong leadership and communication skillsCreative flair and attention to detailFinancial understanding and cost control experienceCulinary qualification requiredOwn transport and based in Pretoria
