Phlebotomy Technician/Staff Nurse/Professional Nurse – Gariep

Key Competency Requirements

• Nursing Diploma or Degree/Enrolled Nurse Certificate or Phlebotomy Technician qualification and registered with SANC/HPCSA
• Computer literate with Meditech knowledge is advantageous
• Must have a valid Code B driver’s license (manual transmission)
• Phlebotomy experience essential
• Pathology experience is highly advantageous which includes order of draw and running of Point of Care instruments i.e. Hemocue, Stratus & running of arterial blood gas on the machine.
