Key Responsibilities :
Lead, manage & motivate a team of sales consultants.
Set, monitor & drive weekly / monthly sales targets.
Manage performance, quality, productivity & development.
Coach, develop, vest & train new and existing consultants.
Manage capacity, attendance, IR issues, absenteeism, disciplinary matters.
Ensure strict compliance and adherence to call structure, QA & legislation.
Deliver on active campaigns and project-based targets.
Qualification & experience
Matric (or equivalent qualification)
Practical experience of IR processes
Minimum of 3 years team management experience in a sales environment
Financial Services experience (Long-term insurance and within a sales-oriented environment)
