We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support the management of Operations, Compliance, Data Management, and Project Processing across all Business Distribution Financing entities.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and submit periodic regulatory and compliance documents including UFCE, End Use Certificates, Collection Certificates, Management Representation Letters, ESMS Declarations, etc.

Manage the end-to-end fundraising process :

Compile and submit data such as maturity profiles, collection and repayment schedules.

Assist in drafting agreements (Facility Agreement, Account Pledge Agreement, RPMA, Assignment Agreement).

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of data and documentation.

Track collections and cash flow in real-time by engaging with country accountants.

Gather financial data required by internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Qualifications & Experience :

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Analytics and Treasury functions.

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field with a major in Finance.

Solid understanding of financial products and banking operations.

Proficiency in preparing and submitting financial reports and documents.

Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software.

High level of integrity and attention to detail.
