Technical Manager - Product Development & Quality

To lead the technical development and quality assurance of pet nutrition products, managing the full lifecycle from concept to post-launch.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of innovative pet nutrition products from concept to launch.
• Drive renovation and value optimization initiatives to enhance product performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct post-launch analysis to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all products meet food safety, nutritional, and regulatory standards.
• Champion customer-first thinking in all technical decisions.
• Ensure products, services, and experiences deliver genuine value to pet owners and their pets.
• Use customer insights and feedback to guide product innovation and renovation.
• Ensure compliance with Woolworths’ technical requirements, industry regulations, and labeling standards.
