Role Description — Instantly & Email Marketing Consultant (Senior Account Manager)

We’re hiring an Instantly and Email Marketing Expert to serve as a strategic growth consultant and senior account manager for Omni's clients. This is not a basic account management role — it’s a technical and strategic leadership position.

You’ll act as the go-to expert for building, optimizing, and scaling outbound systems using Instantly and related email infrastructure tools.

You’ll advise clients on best practices in cold email, deliverability, domain reputation, and funnel conversion while leading internal execution teams to deliver measurable ROI. Your role combines client strategy, system architecture, and campaign analytics — all with one goal : make every client’s outbound system perform like a well‑oiled machine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead Instantly and outbound systems consultant for Omni's clients in the AI and tech sectors.
  • Audit, build, and manage email outreach systems — including domain setups, inbox rotation, warm‑up protocols, and sequencing.
  • Develop and optimize cold email campaigns, A / B tests, and targeting frameworks for consistent lead flow.
  • Advise clients on copy strategy, personalization, and outbound funnel design to maximize deliverability and conversion.
  • Monitor campaign metrics, domain health, and inbox performance — proactively resolving issues to maintain deliverability.
  • Coordinate with copywriters, SDRs, and operations to ensure campaigns align with client objectives and performance targets.
  • Present strategy updates, growth reports, and system audits directly to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Instantly and email outreach platforms (Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, Mailshake, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of email deliverability, domain reputation management, and cold email best practices.
  • Experience designing or managing multi‑domain, multi‑inbox outbound systems.
  • Strong grasp of outbound metrics — open rates, reply rates, domain warm‑up, IP reputation, etc.
  • Ability to manage 5–10 client accounts while driving measurable growth KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex deliverability or system issues into actionable advice for clients.
  • Background in B2B marketing, tech, SaaS, or demand generation is a plus.
  • 3–5+ years in outbound, demand gen, or email marketing roles.
