Position : Associate Attorney

We are looking for profiles and CVs of Associate Attorneys that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.

Duties :

Manage cases from inception to completion ;
Communicate with opposing counsels ;
Attend court hearings ;
Analyze and process reports ;
Collaborate with other attorneys and partners on legal projects ;
Handle court appearances and depositions ;
Represent clients at legal, administrative and other proceedings ;
Conduct depositions, mediations and trials.

Required profile for job ad : Associate Attorney

Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees ;

At least 4 years of relevant corporate experience ;

Excellent communication skills ;

Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
