Job Duties: Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met Communicate with project stakeholders and team members Support project managers in administrative tasks Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a project administrator or similar role Excellent organisational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent Additional qualifications in project management or administration are desirable Experience: At least 4-6 years of experience in project administration Experience working in the mining industry is advantageous Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of project management principles Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM) Degree in Business Administration or related field
