CATERING AND MARKETING MANAGER

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Related diploma / degree and / or qualification advantageous
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience
• Chef / Culinary / hospitality qualification advantageous
• Previous experience in either safari, hunting or equivalent lodge management
• Agricultural background
• Computer Literate
• Be a brand ambassador for the company
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Valid drivers license
