We’re looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join a growing team focused on automation, robotics, and large-scale technology solutions. In this role, you’ll design and manage pipelines, build infrastructure as code, and optimize Kubernetes clusters in private cloud environments—all while collaborating with world-class engineers and specialists.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in DevOps, software, or infrastructure engineering.
  • At least 3 years in containerization and CI / CD automation .
  • Proven experience with Kubernetes in private cloud setups.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of OpenTofu (Terraform) and GitLab CI / CD.
  • Experience with Proxmox for virtualization.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design and maintain CI / CD pipelines using GitLab CI / CD.
  • Build and manage Infrastructure as Code with OpenTofu, enabling scalable and repeatable deployments.
  • Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters in private cloud environments (Proxmox).
  • Configure container orchestration with tools such as CRI‑O, Antrea (CNI), and Project Contour.
  • Implement secrets management using OpenBao, ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot using Prometheus and Grafana .
  • Collaborate across teams to integrate infrastructure with applications and support mission‑critical systems.
  • Document workflows, automation processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
