Job descriptionThrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment Proficient in English (verbal and written) Exceptional planning and organizational skills Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Resilient, tenacious, and adaptable with strong analytical skills Effective team player with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure Independent learner with excellent time management and attention to detail Proactive in identifying new requirements promptly Represents the organization professionally with a focus on continuous improvement Assertive, patient, competitive, and self-motivated Presentable, diplomatic, and well-spoken Minimum 3 years of project management experience Proven track record in the telecommunications sector Extensive expertise in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting Proficient in project management tools and techniques Experience in customer-facing roles and managing competing priorities Background in rollout projects (e.g., FTTH, power, tower, RF) Demonstrated success in operational management At least 1 year in a management position Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook) Ability to compile reports, specifications, and update project-related systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across operational and technical domains Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented with a commitment to service excellence Capable of working independently with minimal supervision Professional, courteous, and punctual Willing to work extended hours when required Logical and analytical reasoning Negotiate and meet delivery timelines with customers Provide comprehensive reports and feedback Issue accurate quotes and ensure all work has assigned purchase orders (POs) Supply documentation (e.g., FACs) for invoicing Ensure 100% of completed work is invoiced and updated in customer systems monthly Oversee contractor performance and allocate work with clear specifications Negotiate pricing and terms, issue POs, and approve payments Monitor supplier performance, assist in negotiating terms, issue POs, and approve payments Supervise project admin officer Maintain updated systems (e.g., WO, SAGE, Qbis) Ensure price books are current Maintain professional and cordial relationships with management, staff, and guests Prioritize safety and compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations Build trust and confidence through integrity and ethical behavior Focus on performance while thriving in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate punctuality and reliability Performance will be assessed during a three-month probationary period, followed by ongoing reviews The listed KPAs are indicative and not exhaustive
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple projects, managing end-to-end (E2E) project functions, and ensuring completion within specifications, on time, and within budget.
