SUMMARY:
A wellâ known international consumer brand is seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to support and accelerate directâ toâ consumer growth across various global regions. Key Responsibilities:
Develop annual D2C strategies in collaboration with regional and global partners
Allocate, track, and optimise marketing budgets across partner territories
Localise and distribute digital content and assets to ensure relevance and consistency in each market
Monitor campaign data, identify performance trends, and recommend optimisation actions to improve traffic, conversion, and revenue
Required Skills & Experience (Essential)
Proven experience in digital performance marketing within a D2C or eâ commerce environment
Strong understanding of paid media channels, analytics platforms, and conversion optimisation principles
Background in managing agencies or external partners across multiple international markets
Highly analytical, detailâ oriented, and comfortable taking full responsibility for results and followâ through
