Champion the Certified agenda with main focus on ZA, MZ, ZM & AODevelop a CIF roll out plan considering global priorities and country development requirements develop a CIF roll out plan considering global priorities and country development requirements.Accountable for planning CIF modules as per country needs and global prioritiesSupport SSA as a key contact person for reporting and stakeholder management.Mentor and oversee existing and new Champions in SSA in addition to supporting the West and East Africa Country Champions develop sustainability plans.Ensure delivery performance of CIF facilitators is managed and consistent.Adheres to and champions the global standard for all Certified deployment at all times.Ensure the quality delivery of the Certified and Learning agendas across all BUs and FunctionsLearning & Development
Accountable for formulation, communication, and deployment of ZA Learning agenda - in particular the soft skills curriculum and training catalogue as relevant for ZAWorking in partnership with senior stakeholders in ZA and prepare and provide regular Training dashboards, training data management and analysis and reporting to enable effective tracking of Learning and Development initiatives.Develop an implementation plan of additional high quality learning modules as required that link to tangible ROISupport and sustain Culture Change by applying communications and change management tactics.Deploy the MEA Learning agenda (Learn & Grow) with KPIs defined and met.Measure learning effectiveness and collaborate with the Learn and Grow team and manager to devise and implement improvement interventions.Support projects for continuous improvement in learning practice as a key member of the Learn & Grow working group.Develop line manager capability to identify learning and development needs and compile effective Individual Development Plans.Ensure identified training in Individual Development Plan is relevant with individual job requirements.Source and manage external training providers to meet Training requirements.Manage and oversee the implementation of self-funded learnerships, internships, skills programmes, specific business compliance learning and refreshers in alignment with WSP, TETA and business requirements.Oversee the compilation and submission of WSP ATR on an annual basis and ensure maximum claim back of mandatory grant funding.Represent Skills Development in appropriate learning and EE forums and respond to needs and requirements emanating from this.Generate BBBEE reporting requirements for skills development.Learning and Development Records Management. Ensure all Training related databases are accurately created and maintained.Talent
Implement talent management initiatives, programs, processes and tools to educate, motivate and engage employees across levels within ZA and SSA.Prepare and provide regular talent dashboards, data management and analysis and reporting to enable effective tracking of Talent initiatives.Support preparation and facilitation Employee Development Reviews and dialogues with Business Managers in ZA.Execute succession planning tools and processes by identifying critical roles, destination roles, analyzing succession pipelines, etc.Roll out career development paths for high potentials and implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to all employees.Assist employees in identifying career paths, roles and appropriate development plans to enable them to attain their career goals and aspirations.Design and coordinate HR marketing / employer branding activities (e.g., trade fairs, benchmarking of employer attractiveness) for ZA and SSA.Contribute to process improvements and resolve issues related to talent processes, its applications and data analytics.Manage and facilitate ZA and SSA Talent Management Projects (ie, STEP, etc).Now, here is what we need from you!
