Administrator – Finance (Fixed Term)

The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing information effectively, efficiently and timeously within the Finance Department.

Responsibilities

  • Capturing data accurately and timeously.
  • Creating work orders with urgent and critical reports.
  • Assisting in the creation of stores reservations and purchase requisitions.
  • Capturing of service entries and reservations on SAP.
  • Creating of shopping carts in SAP.
  • Providing Working in Progress report (WIP).
  • Minimum Qualifications

    Grade 12. Studying towards a relevant tertiary qualification will be an added advantage. Driver's license Code EB .

    Minimum Experience

    MS Office Proficiency. Experience in data capturing and SAP will be an added advantage.
