Overview
The Home Admissions Advisor will manage the sales and marketing processes of the home ensuring the effective daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department whilst meeting and exceeding budget targets filling the home with the agreed client base and maximizing revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage the sales and marketing processes of the home to ensure the effective daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department, while meeting and exceeding budget targets and maximizing revenue.
- Work within a team and very closely with the General Manager. Be decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable.
- Communicate effectively and manage interpersonal relationships, including influencing skills; prioritize workload and work under pressure.
