Java Developer

Our client is seeking a Software Developer in Test who is passionate about building reliable automation solutions and driving continuous quality improvements. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work with cutting-edge tools such as Selenium, JMeter, REST APIs, CI / CD pipelines, and monitoring platforms . You will collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders, while ensuring test efficiency, scalability, and precision.

This role offers exposure to enterprise-level applications, modern testing frameworks, and performance engineering practices giving you the platform to grow technically and strategically within a forward-thinking IT team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyse existing and new automation scripts, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with requirements.
• Design and develop automation scripts for applications across REST, APIs, SOAP, IMS, OCEP, and legacy platforms.
• Collaborate with QA, Infrastructure, and Development teams to enhance testing frameworks.
• Create and execute performance tests using JMeter; support reporting and bottleneck analysis.
• Troubleshoot issues, participate in root cause analysis, and provide detailed defect reports.
• Drive process improvements, reducing redundancy and optimising testing efficiency.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities by mentoring peers and supporting the Technical Team Lead.
