An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated Operational Systems Implementation Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, support, maintain, and improve operational systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Respond to incidents, resolve issues, and plan for system growth.
- Recommend enhancements to improve system availability and performance.
- Conduct testing, gather feedback, and report on results.
- Analyse operational metrics to support performance improvements.
- Identify opportunities for automation.
- Manage helpdesk calls and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
- Provide end-user training and support.
- Draft functional development scope documents.
- Manage projects including business cases, issue tracking, and risk registers.
- Coordinate communication between the business and third-party vendors.
