National Field Sales Manager

Minimum requirements :

• 810 years proven experience in Sales Management within FMCG or Food & Beverage , including managing field sales teams and third-party agencies.
• Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, or Sales .
• Strong analytical capability with experience in KPI-driven sales environments.
• Solid understanding of FMCG economics, pricing structures, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office , BI tools , and ERP systems.
• Valid drivers licence and reliable transport.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a high-performance sales culture.
