A national client in Jeffrey's Bay is looking to appoint a Sales Representative to their team.
Position Overview :
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of tile products to various customers, including contractors, architects, designers, and retail clients. You will be instrumental in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients within the designated territory.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.Provide expert advice to clients on tile products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
Sales and Product Promotion :
Present and demonstrate tile products to potential clients through in-person meetings, presentations, and trade shows.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals tailored to the needs of each client.Achieve sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Market Research and Analysis :
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions, customer needs, and product performance.
Order Management and Customer Service :
Process orders, ensure timely delivery, and handle any issues related to product quality or customer satisfaction.Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Reporting and Documentation :
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
