What Youll Do :

Manage and motivate store teams across Gauteng

Drive sales and profitability

Ensure operational excellence and compliance

Lead training, performance management, and workforce planning

Analyze sales data and execute growth strategies

Represent the brand with passion and professionalism

You Bring :

35 years experience in multi-store retail operations

A diploma or degree in Retail or Business Management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience in sales growth, HR, IR, and compliance

Proficiency in Excel, POS systems, and retail technologies
