B2B Sales & Appointment Setter (US Market | Remote | Finance Sector Focus)

Role Description

We’re seeking an experienced B2B Sales & Appointment Setter to support one of our US-based clients in the Finance / Accounts Receivable sector. This is a full‑time, remote position requiring hands‑on experience in cold calling , LinkedIn outreach (Sales Navigator) , and CRM-based pipeline management .

You will :

  • Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to US-based businesses.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers (VPs, Directors, and similar roles).
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and connect with qualified leads.
  • Manage and update leads through a recognised CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Set and confirm qualified appointments for the client’s sales team.
  • Meet weekly and monthly activity KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked).
  • Provide outreach insights and maintain excellent communication with internal and client teams.

This role is for you if

  • You have 5+ years of B2B sales, cold calling, or appointment setting experience .
  • You have worked US hours and understand US business communication etiquette.
  • You have exceptional English communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with US business leaders.
  • You have hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and a CRM platform.
  • You have experience (or a strong interest) in Finance, Credit, or Accounts Receivable services.
  • You are highly self‑managed , motivated, and results‑driven.
  • Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven B2B outbound sales / appointment setting experience.
  • Experience targeting US‑based clients or markets.
  • Proven cold-calling track record (phone-based outreach is essential).
  • Proficiency in at least one CRM platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Outstanding English proficiency — written and spoken — with strong business communication skills.
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet home-working environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field (preferred).
