MINIMUM - COMPETENCIES
- Knowledge of Filing system and job evaluation, Record keeping / management, LOGIS and Administration activities. Good Organisation and coordination skills, Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Communication / telephone etiquette, Report / memoranda writing, Interpersonal Skills and Filing system.
REQUIREMENTS
An appropriate Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Public Administration / Management (NQF Level 6).Three (3) years’ experience in administration environment.DUTIES
Manage and maintain Organisational Design and Job Evaluation records (manually and electronically)Handle correspondences within the Unit and make follow-upsHandle logistical matters of the UnitProvide secretariat services to the Provincial Job Evaluation Panel.
