Job descriptionN6 or Trade Test + Code 8 Minimum 5 years DMS & Recovery experience (3 years in a senior role) Strong knowledge of engineering, maintenance, and safety standards Proven leadership and managerial skills Computer literacy (MS Office)
Minimum requirements :
- Manage artisans and oversee safe machinery operations
- Plan, schedule, and deliver maintenance projects
- Ensure compliance with MHSA, regulations, and audits
- Oversee asset register, tooling, and installation of equipment
- Motivate capital and strategic expenses
- Supervise and coach teams, maintain discipline, and enforce standards
