HR Practitioner

POSITION OVERVIEW
The HR Practitioner is responsible for overseeing the full range of HR functions at the client site, ensuring smooth delivery of HR services, compliance with labour legislation, and effective workforce management. This senior role provides hands-on HR support, strategic guidance, and leadership to a team of HR Administrators.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Team Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise and mentor a team of HR Administrators
- Oversee daily HR administration tasks
- Support team development through coaching and training
B. HR Operations Oversight
Manage employee lifecycleEnsure consistency and compliance across HR processesDevelop process improvementsC. Compliance & Employment Relations
Ensure compliance with legislation and company policiesHandle employee relations mattersAssist with auditsD. HR Reporting & Analytics
Prepare and analyse HR reportsMonitor HR metricsOversee data integrity in HRIS systemsE. Recruitment & Onboarding Support

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in HR or related field5-7 years of HR experienceProficiency in HRIS systems and ExcelCORE COMPETENCIES
