Hire South Africans is growing fast and we are looking for ambitious, polished Sales Consultants to help expand our international client base. We connect businesses in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom with top tier South African remote talent across administration, customer support, sales support, marketing assistance, bookkeeping and back office roles.

This is a fully remote, performance driven role with no basic salary. Your earnings are based entirely on the clients you bring in and the number of placements they require, giving you genuine uncapped potential.

Role Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for prospecting, outreach, lead generation, booking calls and closing clients who need dependable remote staff. Once a client signs with us, our internal recruitment team handles everything from sourcing to screening to onboarding. Your focus is pure client acquisition.

Commission Structure

We use a tiered commission system based on the number of placements secured per client. Commission is paid once the client completes payment. Extra incentives are available for upfront billing and long term retention. Full details are shared during onboarding.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in professional English
• Confidence in cold outreach via email, LinkedIn or phone
• Ability to manage your own pipeline and maintain consistent activity
• A laptop, stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Sales experience is helpful but not essential
• Strong drive, discipline and consistency in daily outreach
