Job Summary

The Website Product Designer will focus on designing and optimizing our website designs. This role bridges UX / UI design with product strategy, ensuring our platforms are intuitive, performant, and aligned with user needs in the fast‑paced web hosting industry. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to create designs that drive user adoption, reduce churn, and enhance satisfaction for hosting clients from small businesses to enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Wireframing & prototyping : develop low‑ to high‑fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups for web websites using tools like Figma. Focus on responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• UI / UX design : create visually appealing, accessible interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines. Emphasize clean navigation, fast load times, and intuitive flows.
• Collaboration & iteration : partner with cross‑functional teams (e.g., developers, product managers) to refine designs based on technical constraints and A / B testing results.
• Asset creation & maintenance : design supporting elements like icons, banners, and email templates for product launches. Maintain a design system / style guide to ensure consistency across all web properties.
• Optimization for hosting context : ensure designs support web hosting specifics.
• Innovation & trends : stay ahead of web design trends, and tools to propose enhancements that differentiate our hosting products in a competitive market.
