    Essential Requirements

  • Grade 12 Certificate (Non-negotiable)
  • FAIS Accreditation (Current and valid)
  • NCA Accreditation (Required)
  • 3+ Years F&I Experience in motor vehicle sales
  • Critical Skills

  • High-Volume Capability - Handle 60+ deals monthly
