Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops & laptops
- Provide on‑site and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up and support Microsoft (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Manage Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Install and maintain printers, scanners, and peripheral devices
- Assist with network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN)
- Perform hardware repairs / upgrades (RAM, HDD / SSD, screens, etc.)
- Manage backup and recovery processes
- Support IP telephony / VoIP systems (e.g., 3CX, Microsoft Teams Phone)
- Maintain IT asset register and software licensing
- Assist with new user onboarding and offboarding
- Document support tickets and resolutions in the helpdesk system
- Adhere to IT security policies and procedures
