In This Role, You Will
Operate production equipment in accordance with the required safety, housekeeping, quality and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Comply with all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and regulations at all times.
- Check for visual defects and measure basic parameters to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Take appropriate corrective action.
- Make adjustments to the machine on instruction from the Quality Associate.
- Report problems outside of incumbent scope to Team Leader.
- Maintain world‑class levels of housekeeping according to the 5's housekeeping standards.
- Report all damages or defective equipment as and when damage occurs.
- Communicate with outgoing counterpart (hand‑over).
- Check for housekeeping and safety opportunities.
- Prepare and load raw materials and packaging as required on the machine.
- Run the machine, monitor and make minor adjustments to machine settings to maintain quality, waste and productivity standards.
- Report any major deviations or defects to Team Leader.
- Participate in change overs as required.
- Participate in changing operational supplies (consumables).
- Provide assistance to Team Leader as instructed.
- Record relevant production information in appropriate logbook accurately.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Production Line Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production machinery to ensure efficient workflow and high‑quality output. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
Operating Equipment : Manage machines and equipment along the production line, ensuring proper functionality.Monitoring Process : Supervise operations to detect and troubleshoot issues quickly.Quality Control : Inspect finished products to make sure they meet specifications and standards.Maintaining Machines : Perform routine maintenance and report faults or breakdowns.Assembly Work : Assemble parts and contribute directly to the repair process.Following Safety Protocols : Adhere to workplace safety rules and keep the environment hazard‑free.Record Keeping : Document production data, machine performance, or any incidents.Experience in a bearing environment will be an advantage.Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).Technical or vocational training in machinery operation or a related field is a plus.Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing / production environment preferred.Technical Skills
Knowledge of machine operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics.Familiarity with safety procedures and quality control standards in a production setting.Basic math and computer skills for recording production data.Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.Adaptability and willingness to learn new machinery and processes.Physical Requirements
