Duties & Responsibilities- Prepare cook and present high-volume meals in line with standardised recipes and production schedules.
- Maintain excellent food quality taste and presentation across all dishes.
- Support the planning and organisation of daily production requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety hygiene and allergen control procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet service deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the production kitchen at all times.
