The role will require the candidate to assist in the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives. They will work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to support brand-building activities across various channels. This position requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.Kingsmead are looking for a j unior brand manager who will be required to assist with but is not limited to : Brand strategy development : Assist in developing comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company's goals and target market. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.Marketing Campaigns : Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.). Help create compelling content, messaging, and visuals that resonate with the target audience.Brand identity : Help maintain and strengthen brand identity by ensuring consistency in brand messaging, visual elements, and brand guidelines. Assist in developing and updating brand collateral, including logos, taglines, and marketing materials.Consumer Insights : Conduct market research, surveys, and analyse consumer insights to understand customer preferences, behaviors, and trends. Translate these insights into actionable strategies and recommendations to drive brand growth.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams such as buyers, and design to align brand strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.Stay Updated : Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand management.
