Job descriptionMinimum 5 years experience in sales and project management (residential sales in air conditioning preferred). Strong knowledge of sales processes and quoting . Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English , both written and spoken. Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel (AutoCAD experience is an advantage). A valid drivers license and own reliable transport are essential. A certificate or diploma in Sales will be an added advantage. Aircon knowledge advantage. Friendly, professional, and well-mannered. Key Responsibilities
- Generate new residential sales and grow client relationships.
- Manage and oversee Sites from start to completion , ensuring seamless execution.
- Prepare and send accurate quotes , follow up with clients, and secure approvals by following up.
- Order equipment as per project requirements and liaise with suppliers for pricing.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients and the internal team to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain communication with Suppliers for prices.
