Senior Chef de Partie | Luxury Guest Farm | Franschhoek

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and professional Senior Chef de Partie to join a luxury guest farm in Franschhoek. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-end, open-plan kitchen environment with a focus on teamwork and professionalism.

Requirements :

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in professional kitchens

Formal culinary training

Open-minded and adaptable approach

Understanding of traditional kitchen hierarchy – must follow instructions from the Head Chef

Respectful and professional in an open-plan kitchen environment

Presentable appearance

Additional Benefits :

Salary :

R15,000 – R17,000 per month (Negotiable depending on experience)
