Our successful IT Systems Supporters :

Attend to internal customer requests for support, manage resolutions, and maintain incident reports.

Conduct daily IT operations, including thorough handovers between shifts and accurate documentation.

Ensure system availability and backups through diligent and timeous maintenance.

Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high-quality standards consistently and accurately.

Minimum Requirements :

Matric (NQF 4)

IT-related qualification (A+, N+, MCSE, IT diploma / degree)

Verbal and written English skills (NQF 4)

Numeracy skills (NQF 4)

At least one year’s experience in a similar position
