Role Summary
Inspired Education is seeking a Digital Content & Web Editor to join our fast-paced, global digital marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how we deliver engaging, high-quality content across 100+ school websites worldwide.
In this role, you’ll build and edit web pages using our CMS platform Drupal, ensure content follows best practices in UX, UI and SEO and play a key role in optimising the parent journey across our sites. You’ll also support Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) through data analysis, A / B testing, and continuous improvement.
As we develop our A.I. tools, you will get the chance to use innovative tools like Builder.io to manage and publish high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities
- Publish, edit, and manage web content across Inspired’s global websites and digital platform using our CMS tool Drupal.
- Collaborate with UX, SEO, product, and CRM teams to optimise user journeys and improve site performance.
- Apply SEO best practices, including keyword optimisation, metadata management, and site structure improvements.
- Support CRO initiatives, including data analysis, A / B testing, and content optimisation.
- Ensure brand consistency, editorial quality, and accessibility standards across all content.
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues such as page speed, broken links, or rendering problems.
- Explore and apply new digital tools, including AI-powered platforms (e.g. Builder.io), to enhance workflows.
What the Ideal Candidate Will Have
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with web content management systems (CMS) e.g. Drupal, WordPress and digital publishing workflows.Solid understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), and SEO best practices.Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, AHREFS, Screaming Frog).Experience in content editing with excellent attention to detail and brand alignment.Ability to support CRO and A / B testing frameworks.Analytical, curious, and creative thinker.Highly organised with strong time management skills.Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable team player.Excited by innovation and open to experimenting with new digital tools.Bonus if you have
