Were seeking a skilled Out of Hours (OOH) Night Manager to lead our night shift team at our Bree Street office in Cape Town ensuring top-tier service delivery in a dynamic environment.
Your Role :
- Lead and motivate our night shift consultants to achieve KPIs and maintain high performance.
- Oversee nightly operations ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Handle complaints efficiently adhering to A24 Groups complaints department protocols.
- Ensure HR policies including sick and annual leave are followed.
- Provide regular performance updates to the OOH Senior Manager during monthly reviews.
- Uphold professionalism and foster a collaborative team culture.
