Call Monitoring and Evaluation
Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound interaction quality for contact centre, including chat or emailCoordinate and facilitate call calibration sessions for call centre staffGenerate progress reports for managementQualifications
Essential
Grade 12 qualificationQuality assurance accreditation advantageousExperience
Quality assurance within a Sales and customer Service environment1 year prior outbound and inbound / sales call centre experience requiredKnowledge and Skills
Knowledge of program-specific processes, policies and systemsComputer Literate : MS Office and MS ExcelStrong administration and analytical skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsBilingual preferably fluent in English and AfrikaansClosing Date
