About the Role

In this role, you’ll take the lead in engineering and automating Capitec’s hybrid cloud infrastructure. As a senior Systems Engineer, you will design, build, and support scalable and secure server and storage solutions—while driving automation initiatives across environments using Ansible, Terraform, and other tools. You’ll play a key part in ensuring infrastructure is resilient, future‑ready, and aligned with Capitec’s digital transformation goals.

You’ll also be a technical mentor and role model to other engineers, helping shape how we do infrastructure through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership.
