Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive online marketing strategies to maximise business growth
Oversee and optimise our website and online stores for peak performance and conversion
Manage paid advertising campaigns across key digital platforms
Create engaging content and promotional materials to attract, engage, and retain customers
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging across all channels
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Experience: Proven experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or digital advertising
E-commerce Management: Hands-on experience managing websites and online stores, specifically with leading e-commerce platforms
Core Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO, paid search advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions
Communication: Creative thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills
Independence: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and take initiative
