Duties :

• Support in the preparation and examination of consolidated Group accounts for each reporting cycle, presenting findings to the Executive Committee (EXCO) and the Board.
• Oversee the assessment of financial reports from subsidiaries.
• Provide guidance on technical matters and the drafting of technical documentation.
• Facilitate consolidation pack training for financial managers.
• Create and assess consolidated Group financial statements.
• Coordinate with external audit firms.
• Ensure prompt and effective resolution of issues to elevate client service.
• Supervise client query procedures, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution.
• Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders. Actively engage in and encourage change initiatives.
• Drive innovation by proposing, sharing, and implementing new concepts.
• Identify strategies to optimize cost efficiency and operational productivity.
